The weekend is here...and as usual it will be a busy one. I'll be hitting the road to travel 4 hours north to see friends and family this weekend. We'll have get togethers, go to the NASA Glenn Research Center, go to Cleveland's famous Sokolowski's restuarant where Anthony Bourdain has been inclined to dine, and most likely hit up the Cleveland Browns vs Cincinnati Bengals football game.
So in preparation for the non-stopedness that will be Saturday and Sunday...I'm going to spend Friday night at home...having fancy grilled cheese sandwhiches with tomato soup, making more fresh pastry for dessert, packing up for the trip, and then enjoying a movie before dozing off to sleep on this early Autumn kinda evening.

As for the time being...I'll be daydreaming of soft and chunky wool blend yarn, a cozy couch and blanket with the stack of books I want to read right next to it, and some of the artish projects I've been wanting to get my hands on.
Hope everyone has a wonderful weekend!!
P.S. Isn't this an adorable little illustration!?!? "What if...grandparents were giraffes?" :D
